CUET Commerce Syllabus 2024 is a bit difficult to grasp at first because of various variables. There are three sections. Section 1 is dedicated to language, Section II relates to Domain subjects that you want to choose for your UG admission and Section III relates to the General Aptitude section.Â
Exam Pattern And Subject Combination
There are over 25+ subject options in CUET exam. Same course may have different eligibility criteria in different Universities, for example for pursuing B. A.(Psychology) in Delhi University a student needs give the CUET exam in Any one from Section I (Language) + Any three from Section II (Domain Subjects) and on the other hand if you want to pursue the same course in Banaras Hindu University, a student needs to take the exam in Section I (Language) – Either in Hindi or English + Section III (General Test) for the admission in BHU. So, the best combination which targets most of the Universities is:-
1 Language + 3/4 Domain Subjects + General Test
By opting for this combination in the CUET exam, you are eligible for most of the courses and Universities.

The following are the sections and the subjects as mentioned in the CUET Commerce Syllabus 2024:-

- Each correct answer carries 5Â Marks.
- Each incorrect answer carries a penalty of -1 Marks.

The CUET exam includes 33 languages.
Questions from the Language Section will be from the following topics but are not limited to 1. Reading Comprehension: There will be three types of passages (maximum 300-350 words): i. Factual ii. Narrative iii. Literary

3. Choosing the correct word
4. Synonyms and Antonyms
5. Vocabulary
