Finance followed closely with 20% of the offers, while Sales & Marketing claimed 17% of the offers. Notably, there was a significant increase in the number of offers made in Consulting & Strategy, witnessing a growth of 34.47%. Similarly, the Finance domain experienced a notable 20.00% increase in the number of offers. In the IT & Analytics domain, the highest salary offered saw a substantial growth of 29.12%.

The PGP 2021-23 batch of IIM Shillong takes pride in its diverse composition of academic and industrial experiences.
