IIM Bangalore Best in Country, 10 Indian B-schools in Top 250 : QS World University Rankings 2024 For MBA Released!

The QS World University Rankings 2024 for MBA are out as per which IIM Bangalore is the best MBA institute in India with a 48th rank worldwide in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings 2024 for Global MBA and Business Master’s. Following IIM B are IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta with the 53rd and 59th ranks respectively.

The MBA program at Stanford GSB has topped the list, with programs at The Wharton School and Harvard Business School coming in second and third. Among the top 250 universities in Asia are 10 Indian B-schools.

Two Indian MBA programs are ranked in the top 50 globally for employability. IIM Calcutta is ranked 7th in Asia and 46th globally, while IIM Bangalore is ranked fourth in Asia.

According to QS’s entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes indicator, Indian School of Business and IIM Ahmedabad are ranked in the top 50. The Indian School of Business is ranked 43rd, fifth best in Asia, while IIM Ahmedabad is ranked 33rd, second in Asia.

The only Indian MBA program ranked in the top 50 for return on investment is IIM Bangalore, which comes in at number 31. It ranks 57th overall and is the national leader in thought leadership, but it is not in the top 50.

India’s top master’s program in management is at IIM Bangalore. Due to its remarkable alumni outcomes, where it ranks 10th, it is ranked 31st worldwide, according to a statement on the QS World University rankings.

However, IIM Calcutta is listed in the top 100 for being the best business analytics master’s program in India. IIM Udaipur ranks 51+ for its master’s program in supply chain management, placing it in the 61–70 range.
