SLAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
Before you start your SLAT Preparation the students need to know the eligibility criteria of this exam. There are three aspects to the SLAT Exam Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit, Qualifying Exam, and Minimum marks:-
- Qualifying Exam– The aspiring candidates must have cleared class 12th from any recognized state or national exam boards.
- Minimum Percentage- The candidates must have secured at least 45% in the qualifying exam (40% for the SC/ST candidates).
- Age Limit- There’s no minimum age limit in SLAT 2024.

SLAT Exam 2024: What is SLAT 2024 Exam?
SLAT full form is the Symbiosis Law Admission Test, one of the popular Law Entrance exams. The SLAT 2024 acts as a gateway to various Symbiosis Law Schools. This exam is conducted in May every year. This year the exam is going to be conducted on 5th May 2024 and 11th May 2024 between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The SLAT exam score is accepted by 4 Symbiosis Law Schools. The SLAT 2024 is divided into 5 sections namely, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and General Knowledge. Each of the sections carries an equal weightage of 12 marks, making the total to 60 marks. The total time limit of this exam is 60 minutes.

The Symbiosis International University (SIU) releases the SLAT Cutoff shortly after the SLAT exam. SLAT 2024 Application
The SLAT Exam 2024 Applications are out!
You can visit the official website of Symbiosis International University (SIU) to apply for the SLAT 2024. The SLAT Application Forms 2024 were out on 13th December 2023, the last date to apply for the same is 12th April 2024. Follow the given steps to fill out the SLAT 2024 Application Forms:-
- Visit the official website of Symbiosis International University- set-test.org
- Click on the Apply Now button and register as a new user (if you haven’t registered).
- Once you have registered, you will receive an ID and a password from SIU.
- Login using the ID and the password.
- Fill out your details and upload the necessary documents.
- Once you have filled out the application form, you will have to pay the application fee.

SLAT 2024 Fees
Once the candidates have filled out the SLAT Application form, the candidates have to pay a fee to confirm their application. At the time of registration, the candidates have to pay fees of two kinds:-

SLAT 2024 Selection Process
There are three stages in the SLAT 2024 Admission Process. The following are the stages:-
- Aptitude Test- First, the students must qualify the SLAT 2024 exam, to qualify the aptitude test the students have to clear the SLAT cutoffs set for the year 2024.
- Written Ability Test (WAT)- Once the students have cleared the aptitude test, the students get shortlisted for the WAT. In the WAT round, the candidate is given a topic on which he/she has to write certain number of words. This round tests your writing skills, command on language, your subject knowledge, etc.
- Personal Interview- The candidates who qualify the WAT round gets qualified for the final round, i.e., the Personal Interview (PI) round. PI tests your communication, confidence, general awareness, persuasion skills, and subject knowledge.
The student who qualify all the three rounds of the SLAT Admission Process gets admitted into Symbiosis Law School (SLS).
