Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, which is 3-4 years, from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern or similar, meeting 15 years of formal education.

For the Candidates Who Would be Receiving Exams:

  • 3-Year Program: Those Candidates Must Pass All Subjects in Semesters 1 to 4.
  • 4-Year Program: Candidates Must Pass all subjects, semesters 1-6.

Admission will be provisional until the certificates received at the end are confirmed. If any information provided here is false, admission may be cancelled, and more severe legal action may be taken. Be accurate and complete!

Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (Self-Financed Programme)

  1. Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 3-4 years) from a recognized UGC university, after at least 15 years of formal education. Currently appearing students should have the semesters cleared as below:
  • 3-year programme: Should have passed semesters 1 to 4.
  • 4-year programme: Should have passed semesters 1 to 6.
  1. Work Experience: Should have had at least 2 years of experience as a regular full-time job after obtaining as of May 1, 2025). Documents required
    ● Work experience certificate
    ● Pay slips, appointments, relieving letters
    ● Commercial documents for business entrepreneurs from family businesses.

Note: Admission to the program is provisional only until all final documents are submitted. Misrepresentation can lead to revocation and lawsuits.

Master of Hospital Administration

All intending candidates should possess one of the following academic qualifications.

● Three-Year Bachelor’s Degree: Completed bachelor’s degree, three years degree in any discipline.
● Four-Year Professional Degree: Completed three years of bachelor’s degree in medicine, paramedical sciences, pharmacy, veterinary sciences, engineering, or law.
● Final Year Students: Those candidates also can apply who have successfully completed all requirements of the final year degree with exam and internship.

PART I

Bachelor’s degree/integrated master’s degree is to be classified into six categories (AC -1 to AC –6) as follows:

AC-1 (Medicine and Surgery-based subjects): Part I: MBBS, MD (USA) Part II: BAMS, BDS, BHMS
AC-2 (Selected Professional Degrees): Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWA), Company Secretaryship (CS), Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI)
AC-3 (All Commerce, Economics, Finance and Management Related Degrees): Including BAF, BBA, BBE, BBI, BBM, BBS, BCAF, BCCA, BCOM, BFIA, BFM, BHM, BHMCT, BIBF, BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) and BSBA degrees.

Applicants need to clear eligibility based on certain categories of academic eligibility. Here is a glance to find where your degree lies.

AC-1: Economics, Hospitality, Commerce, Management
These include economics, hospitality, commerce (including finance, accountancy, banking), management (in advertising, business administration, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship) and vocational degrees in any of these fields related to commerce or management.

AC-2: Engineering, Technology, Architecture
Includes engineering (BTech, BE), Architecture, and other technology-related areas such as Biosciences, Food Technology, Geological Sciences, and Textile Engineering. Does not include design fields, for example: Fashion Design or Interior Design.

AC-3: Science and Agriculture
This is in the areas of Agricultural Science, and Biosciences that include Biology, Zoology, Mathematical and Natural Sciences that include Physics and Chemistry among others such as Forestry, Fisheries and Veterinary Science. This does not include medicine or surgery.

AC-4: Arts, Humanities, Education, and Design
Includes Baccalaureate Degrees in the Arts and Humanities (History, Philosophy, Political Science), Education (including Physical Education), Law, and Design fields (Fashion, Jewelry, Interior Design). This also includes degrees in Journalism, Psychology, and Social Work.

AC-5: Any Other Discipline
Degrees that do not fit into AC-1 to AC-4 are classified here, thus providing flexibility where unusual or interdisciplinary fields are concerned.

Dual Degree and Integrated Master’s Programs
Dual degree: where appropriate, classify for each area.
Graduates of the Integrated Master’s are classified in the area of study as articulated as the primary major in the integrated program.
This is an area generally accepted to the Integrated Master’s programme.

The Admissions Committee has final discretion on the classification of any academic programme.

PART II

Depending on the candidates’ performance in the Bachelor’s Degree (Percent score in Bachelor’s Degree), the marks given in the Rating Score column will be awarded to candidates.

Notes on Calculation of Marks for Admission:

This is a quick guide on how marks will be counted for eligibility:

● Current Bachelor’s Students: Marks will be calculated based on the available scores up to the date of application.
● CA/ICWA/CS/FIAI Candidates: If you have attempted professional certifications like CA, ICWA, CS, and FIAI without a bachelor’s degree, the aggregate of all your certification levels will be treated as your final percentage.
● IG Bachelor’s Degree Graduates Percent awarded by your university will be used as is. Only grades are provided; one would have to get a certificate stating the equivalent percentage from the institution and to present it at the interview if shortlisted.
● Integrated/Dual Degrees Candidates in integrated or dual degree programmes: Marks will be calculated, in the normal manner applicable by the university, for years completed up to the date of application.
● Ensure all necessary certifications and any supporting credentials should be prepared and ready ahead of time, as these may be asked for when applying.
