Indian Institute of Management offers a PGP program equivalent to MBA. As per IIM Shillong selection criteria candidates must have a valid score in CAT and further they have to qualify a personal interview. Candidates having a 50% marks in their bachelor’s degree are eligible for IIM Shillong admissions. Once candidates have met the IIM Shillong CAT cutoff, admission is conducted in two phases. In phase 1 candidates are shortlisted for the personal interview and in phase 2 final selection is done by preparing a merit list based on the academic proficiency, CAT scores, work experience and performance in the PI.
