Step 1: NEET UG Registration 2025
- Go to the official NTA NEET website, neet.nta.nic.in
- On the homepage, click the “New Candidate Register” button and read all the guidelines carefully.
- Then, hit the “New Registration” button and fill out the NEET registration form 2025 with all the valid details such as name, parent’s name, gender, category, email address, mobile number, nationality, etc, and enter the OTP for the successful registration.
Step 2: Filling up NEET Application Form 2025
- Once registered, hit the “click here to login” button.
- Log in with a system-generated application number and password.
- In the next step, enter all the asked information i.e. personal details, contact information, date of birth details, address, choosing the question paper medium and exam cities, and educational qualification details, etc.

Step 3: Uploading the Documents

NEET Application Form 2025 Documents Required
To successfully submit the NTA NEET application form 2025, aspirants will be required to keep certain documents handy to prevent a last-minute rush. They must upload a scanned copy of all the required documents in the prescribed format. The list of documents is as follows:
- Recent Passport Size Photograph: The scanned copy of a recent passport photograph must be between 10 kb to 200 kb in JPG format.
- Postcard photograph: The size of the scanned Postcard photograph (4”x6”) must be between 10 kb – 200 kb.
- Signature: The size of the scanned signature must be between 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG format.
- Left and Right-hand Fingers and Thumb impressions: The size of scanned and Left and Right-hand Fingers and Thumb impressions according to the provided template must be between 10 kb to 200 kb in JPG format.
- PwBD certificate: The size of the scanned PwBD certificate/UDID (Swavlamban) card must be between 50 kb to 300 kb.
