BITSAT Slot Booking 2025: Know Dates, Steps to Book Slots

BITSAT 2025 registration will start in January 2025 and applicants must be aware of all the important details regarding the exam for smooth transition during this phase. One such important aspect is BITSAT Slot Booking. The slot booking process will start after the BITSAT 2025 registration is over. BITS Pilani will conduct the slot booking process and will announce the same in its official website – bitsadmission.com. Applicants who completes the registration process will be able to proceed with the BITSAT slot booking process. It is the process where applicants can select their preferred test dates and slots for appearing in BITSAT 2025. BITSAT Slot Booking 2025 – Important Highlights 

Applicants before proceeding with the slot booking must make sure they go through the following:

• BITSAT 2025 will held in two sessions. In each session, the entrance test will be conducted over a period of four to five days.
• In each day, the exam will be held in two slots – Morning and Afternoon. The slot timings are as follows:

• BITSAT slot booking process will be held separately for each session in online mode.
• The process will be organised on first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, applicants are advised to complete their slot booking at the earliest to get their preferred date and time slots.
• Applicants can only select the date and time of the exam. They can select the BITSAT test centre out of the preferences submitted at the time of application process.
• In case, an applicant fails to complete the slot booking process on time, he/she will be automatically allotted a test date and time slot.
• Once an applicant has submitted the preference, it cannot be changed further.

BITSAT Slot Booking Dates 2025

BITS Pilani will release the official dates of BITSAT slot booking on the official website. The slot booking process will be held individually for each session. The exam authority will release the BITS Exam Centre and Allotment Declaration notice for Session I in May, 2025 tentatively. The same is expected to release in June, 2025 for session ll. BITSAT Slot Booking Process 2025

Only those applicants who have successfully completed their registration can start with the BITSAT 2025 slot booking. Since, it is based on first-come-first-serve basis, applicants cannot afford to make any mistakes during the process. Here is the step-by-step guide to complete the BITSAT slot booking process: 

Step 1: Keep the necessary details ready

Applicants will require their BITSAT application number and date of birth as mentioned in the application form to start with the process of booking the exam slot. They must also select their favorable exam dates and timing in advance.

In case any applicants forget their registration number/application number, here is the steps on  how to retrieve BITSAT application number:

• Go to the BITSAT 2025 official website.
• Click on the ‘BITSAT 2025 Login’ icon.
• Next, click on ‘Forgot Application Number’
• Next, enter the following – registered email ID, phone number, date of birth and gender.
• Lastly, the BITSAT 2025 application number will be sent to registered phone number and email ID of the applicant.

Step 2: Log In Using Application/Registration Number

Once the slot booking process has started, registered applicants need to visit the BITSAT slot booking portal and log in using their application number, date of birth, registered email ID as well as mention the gender. After filling out the details, applicants then need to click on ‘Submit’.

Step 3: Select Preferred Exam Centre

After the log in process is complete, applicants will now be directed to the exam centre selection tab. They need to choose their preferred exam centre from the list of options provided in a drop-down list. In case, the exam centre selected has no dates or slots, they can select new exam centres. However, it is allowed only till the slot booking process is open.

Step 4: Select Preferred Exam Date for BITSAT 2025

After an applicant has selected his/her preferred exam centre, the next step is to select an exam date. The available dates in the exam centre will be highlighted in green. They need to hover the cursor to check the slot availability in the selected exam date. The exam slots available on the particular date will pop-up.

Step 5: Select Preferred Exam Slot for BITSAT

The exam will be held in the morning from 9 AM onwards and in the afternoon from 2 PM onwards. After selecting the exam date, applicants can choose their time slot as per their preference. Once the applicant has selected the slot, they need to click on ‘confirm slot booking’ to confirm the slot.

Step 6: BITSAT Slot Booking Confirmation Page

Applicants after selecting their preferred exam centre, exam date and slot will be directed to the confirmation page, where they can check their name, exam centre, date and exam slot. This is to ensure that all the options selected by the applicants are correct.

After the slot booking process is over, applicants will be able to download their BITSAT 2025 admit card.

Steps to Download BITSAT Admit Card 2025

• Go to BITSAT 2025 official website – bitsadmission.com.
• Click on ‘Download BITSAT 2025 Hall Ticket‘ option.
• Enter the following details in the respective spaces – Application Number, Email ID, Date of Birth, Gender
• Click on ‘Proceed’ to log in.
• BITSAT Admit Card will pop-up on the screen.
• Applicants then need to download the admit card and take a print out of the same before the exam date.
