A press release is out by IIM Calcutta that has the official data about CAT toppers 2024. According to the official data, this year a total of 14 students have secured 100 percentile out of which 13 are males and only 1 candidate is a female. In 2024, 29 students acheived 99.99 percentile. The highest number of candidates securing 99 percentile was from Maharashtra followed closely by Delhi having 5 and 4 candidates respectively. This year Maharashtra has led the state-wise distribution as the majority of the top performers of CAT 2024 are from Maharashtra. Another common thing that we can observe here is that students having an engineering background have dominated again. Here is the state-wise CAT toppers data 2024.
