There are four CEOs (P1, P4, P5, P6) and four Managers in the meeting and each ‘combination’ (of a CEO and a Manager (Partners)) represents a company. Each of them wears a tie of exactly one brand out of B1, B2 and B3. Any two persons with same tie brand neither sit adjacent nor opposite to each other. Further, any two persons that make a ‘combination’, do not wear the tie of same brand and they neither sit adjacent nor opposite to each other. Following additional information is given below:
i. P1, who wears a tie of Brand B3, was sitting opposite P3, while P5, wearing a B2 tie, sits opposite to P7.
ii. P8 and P6 represent a company together, while P4, whose tie’s brand is not B1, is not in the same company as P7.
iii. P2, who was wearing a B3 tie, was sitting to the left of P3 and to the right of P3’s CEO.
Directions (Q5–Q8): Read the data carefully and answer the following questions
A Shopkeeper sells four products P1, P2, P3, and P4 at prices Rs 20, Rs 35, Rs 65 and Rs 110 respectively. He had 145 rupees with him when he opened his shop and was visited subsequently by 6 Customers C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6, at different times not necessarily in the same order and altogether they purchased three P1s, three P2s, two P3s and two P4s. Each customer purchased at least one product and it is also known that:
i. The shopkeeper had Rs 575 with him after the payment of C3, and Rs 430 after payment of C1.
ii. C1 and C5 purchased only one product, while C4 did not purchase P3.
iii. C2 purchased two products of the same type and after he had made his payment, the shopkeeper had Rs 235 with him.
iv. C6 was the last customer who visited the shop and did not buy the same type of products as C3 did.
