In order to understand RCs you need 2 things, a) Reading Habit 70% and b) understanding of Vocabulary 30%
Those who have been reading since childhood, they are mostly good at above 2 things, but those who haven’t been a reader, either face difficulties in getting motivation to read across genre or if they are motivated, they feel difficulty in understanding vocabulary, due to which they only understand 60% of the passage or get lost while reading.
Solution for the same is Never the Dictionary or Norman Lewis.
Jab I was a CAT Aspirant maine bhi Kafi vocab rat dali thi starting with list of A to Z… but slowly i realised I tend to forget 90% of them later on. It’s for the reason we don’t need to rattafy the meanings, instead just understand the context under which it has been used, and if its done multiple times, you understand the context whenever the “word” comes across in future.

Also we don’t need to rattafy every other word to solve the problem.
Solving the same problem, I am planning to Launch a VARC Essentials Product complementing Engineer’s VARC product where you understand Past CAT repeated words via Practicing them along different RCs. 😃
So for every word you get a Video Understanding of the Word, followed by an Article & an RC using same Word, via which you not only get the Gist of the word but RC practice and Reading Habit as well.
Also, as I mentioned we dont’ need to rattafy every word hence I am only planning to do Famous 500 words repeatedly used in CAT RCs which has has chances of getting repeated 80%, as for every word we are getting 3 elements, Video, Article and an RC hence 1500 elements in total and maybe its a complete VARC Product and not just Essentials and hence after doing this product you won’t need waste time on Rattafy Vocabulary from any dictionary or Norman Lewi
