The program is open to Indian Nationals. The basic eligibility for applying to the Programme
includes the following:

IIM Bangalore BBA: Application and Selection Process
The Application Process for this course can be done through the online application portal notified on the IIMB website. Candidates must complete the application formalities and remit the prescribed application
fee to be considered for further process. The application form for admission to BBA (DBE) 2024 will
be available at dbe.iimb.ac.in (From 15/06/2024 onwards). Please refer to the important dates section of this blog to know the application window duration.
The Application form must be completed on the online admission application portal. Ensure that your name and date of birth on the form match those on your mark sheets, as no changes will be allowed later. Candidates must have and maintain a valid and unique email account and mobile phone number throughout the admission process. All communications regarding admissions will be sent only to the registered email address. The Application fee for the exam is Rs. 3000 for general candidates and Rs. 1500 for SC, ST and PWD candidates.
The following documents are mandatory for the application form:
- Government-issued photo and address identity card with validity.
- Valid certificates for SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS/PwD category applicants. No change in category will be entertained after the application has been submitted.
- Pass certificate and mark sheet from a recognized Class 10 Board or equivalent.
- Pass certificate and mark sheet from a recognized Class 12 Board or equivalent.
- In addition to the above documents, the Admissions Office may request other relevant documents at their discretion.
Selection process
Candidates who fulfil the basic eligibility criteria will be informed to appear for the IIMB DBE
Entrance Test 2024, conducted at designated centres across India. It will be a Computer-Based Test.
Please note that candidates will be selected for the programme only based on their performance
in the test. Based on the category-wise selection cut-off in the IIMB DBE Entrance Test 2024, decided
by the Admissions Office, only the shortlisted candidates shall be informed to register for the
course by paying the required course fee.
The total tuition fee for a three-year Degree BBA programme is Rs. 4,50,000 for the 2024 batch. There is a 50% fee waiver for SC/ST and PwD students. The fees need to be paid term-wise, as per the following table.
