The final placement process for the 2021-23 batch of the PGP program at IIM Bodhgaya was completed for 207 students. The highest package offered was at Rs.48.58 LPA. This year witnessed an increase of 25% in the Average CTC and 37% in the Median CTC. With over 50% of all offers, the BFSI industry emerged as the leading recruiter. BFSI was followed by consulting, IT, and analytics companies, who extended a total of 47 offers. Summer Internship Placement (SIP) is an integral part of the MBA journey, it is compulsory for MBA students to undergo this two month long internship after the completion of their first year. The PGP MBA batch of 2022-24 had 268 students and witnessed active participation from 80 esteemed companies. Average stipend offered to the PGP batch of 2022-24 was Rs. 75,330 per month, median stipend at Rs. 70,000 and highest stipend at Rs. 2,00,000.
