Based on students’ requests, NTA may reopen the NEET application window in mid-march 2025. Registration is mandatory to apply for the NEET exam. Candidates must fill up the NEET exam registration form available on the NTA portal. To appear for the NEET exam in 2025, you must register before 11:50 PM on or before the 7th of March, 2025. Candidates must pay the NEET registration fee through NET banking, UPI, etc on or before 7th March, 2025 on the NEET portal. NEET exam will be held on 4th May, 2025.

Last Date to Register for NEET 2025 FAQs
The last date to register for NEET 2025 is 7th March, 2025.
NTA may or may not extend the NEET last date to register. The decision to extend the last date to register for NEET 2025 will be based on student requests and the date may be extended until the mid week of March 2025.
It is unlikely that the NEET 2025 will be delayed as 4th May is already announced as the NEET exam date in 2025.
To register for NEET 2025, students must visit neet.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in and fill out the NEET application form and pay the registration fees before 7th March, 2025.
