Selection Process For Executive MBA at SIBM Pune

The selection process consistent with SIBM Pune is as follows:

• Selection of scholars shall be done on the premise of Written Examination and Personal Interviews, to be held at SIBM Pune Lavale Campus
• The written examination will contain Multiple Choice Questions (30 marks, 30 min) supported by General/Business awareness, English and Logical reasoning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45 % marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe) at graduation level
• Graduation through Distance Education is accepted provided it is approved/recognized by UGC or AICTE.
• Minimum 2 years full-time work experience after graduation in a registered firm/company/industry/ educational/ government, autonomous organisations.

The interview process is important for admissions and it is strongly recommended that a face-to-face interview is required. Phone interviews are a possibility for foreign and cross-country applicants.

The interviews were conducted by group panellists, one coordinator, and one moderator.
