As per the latest update, the NTA NEET 2025 exam pattern and duration have reverted to its pre-COVID format. NEET 2025 Exam Pattern – Marking Scheme
The NEET exam pattern 2025 has been revised, however, the marking system is expected to adhere to the previous year’s format. As per the NEET marking scheme 2025, 4 marks shall be awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect option with no negative marking for unanswered questions.
