National Testing Agency releases the merit list/All India Rank (AIR) according to the qualifying/eligibility criteria and other guidelines of NMC/DGHS/MCC/DCI and Ministry of AYUSH/NCISM/NCH/CCH/AACCC. The All India Rank NEET merit list comprises the qualifying status and other details of all the candidates who have appeared in the exam. The NEET All India Rank merit list is generated ignoring the state, category, and AIQ status of the candidates.
NEET Rank List 2025- All India Quota Rank
The NTA releases AIQ NEET Rank List 2025 of the eligible and successful aspirants who have opted for 15% of All India quota seats. These NEET merit list PDFs will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the NEET (UG)-2025. NEET State Wise Rank List 2025

NEET Merit List 2025- Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case two or more aspirants obtain the same marks in the NEET (UG) 2025, then the following tie-breaking criteria will be used:
- Candidates obtaining higher marks/percentile scores in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the exam will get the first preference.
- If the tie still exists, candidates securing higher marks/percentile scores in Chemistry will be preferred.
- If the tie is still unresolved, the candidate with higher marks/percentile scores in Physics will get the preference.
- If a tie still exists, aspirants with less proportion of the number of attempted incorrect answers and correct responses in all the subjects shall be preferred.
- If there is still a tie, aspirants with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect responses and correct responses in Biology (Botany & Zoology) will get the preference.
- If a tie still exists, aspirants with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect responses and correct responses in Chemistry will be preferred.
- If there is still a tie, an aspirant with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect responses and correct responses in Physics will get preference.
- If the above are exhausted and the tie still exists, it will be resolved through a random process under the guidance of an independent expert committee.
NEET Cutoff 2025-Category-Wise
The NEET cutoff is the minimum qualifying score/percentile that must be obtained by the candidates to be declared successful. Those who score more than or equivalent to the minimum qualifying cutoff will be placed on the NEET merit list 2025. The NEET qualifying percentile ranges between the 40th percentile to the 50th percentile depending on the category of the candidates.
