Course: BA (Culinary Arts)

Duration: 3 Years

Eligibility: Class 12/ A level/ IB/ American high school diploma or an equivalent from a recognised board

Objective: To train and produce culinary graduates who are recognized for their knowledge and skills required to be Industry professionals

Course: BHM

Duration: 4 years

Eligibility: Class 12/ A level/ IB/ American high school diploma or an equivalent from a recognised board

Objective: To educate students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be competent business professionals in the hospitality industry and competitive in the job market, with special emphasis on multicultural understanding and practice in a global industry.

Course: MSc Dietetics and Applied Nutrition

Duration: 2 years

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in Home Science or Nutrition or Dietetics or Food Science or Biology or Microbiology or Clinical Biochemistry or Life Sciences or BNYS (Naturopathy) or BAMS (Ayurveda) or PG diploma in Dietetics with a minimum of 50% aggregate

Objective: To train and produce postgraduates in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition who are recognized for their practical and public health skills.

Course: MA Indian Cuisine and Food Culture

Duration: 2 years

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality/Culinary Arts or equivalent with 50% aggregate or equivalent

Objective: To train and develop students in Indian Cuisine and Food Culture through Industry Interface and Culinary experts.

Course: Master of Hotel Management (MHM)

Duration: 2 years

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate

Objective: To produce graduates, who can gain senior, supervisory and management positions in their chosen professional field, and apply broad discipline knowledge to a range of theoretical and practical business situations through research and practical application.

WGSHA Manipal: Selection procedure

Interested candidates  required to appear for MET conducted by the college, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) round. Final selection is based on the marks obtained in the entrance test and performance in GD and PI.
